Graham Group Statement on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusivity

Racism, sexism, or discrimination of any kind is not tolerated in the Graham research laboratory. Promoting diversity, equity, and inclusivity is an important aspect of our group and one that adds tremendous value to our research efforts and the development of all researchers. We accept all people regardless of race, nationality, gender identity, age, sexual orientation, and socio-economic background. We strongly agree with the statement on the Department's mission and values page "The Department of Chemistry at the University of Kentucky believes whole-heartedly that creating a climate of excellence with diversity, equity, and inclusion at its core is not only ethically and morally right, it is also critical to attaining the best research, scholarship, teaching, and benefits for the Commonwealth."
